PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods

Credit/Debit Card Payments - Payments are accepted via Nochex a secure card payment provider. Orders are sent via Royal Mail, recorded delivery and despatched within 3 working days of order. However 14 days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. Please ensure someone is in to sign for your delivery. If your order is not signed for at delivery it will be taken to your local post office - you should collect within 7 days or it will be returned to us and additional postage will be required for a 2nd delivery is attempted.

Cheque Payments - We accept payment via Cheques made payable to Adult-Toy-Shop. Please post your payment to Sales, Adult-Toy-Shop, PO Box 17, Patrington, Hull, HU12 0WX. Orders are sent via Royal Mail, recorded delivery and despatched within 3 working days of cheque clearing. Orders will NOT be despatched before the cheque has cleared. However 28 days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. Please ensure someone is in to sign for your delivery. If your order is not signed for at delivery it will be taken to your local post office - you should collect within 7 days or it will be returned to us and additional postage will be required for a 2nd delivery is attempted.

Postal Orders/Registered Cash - Orders are sent via Royal Mail, recorded delivery and despatched within 3 working days of order, providing the Postal Order is not crossed. If the PO is crossed it will be treated as a cheque payment (see above). However 14 days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. Please ensure someone is in to sign for your delivery. If your order is not signed for at delivery it will be taken to your local post office - you should collect within 7 days or it will be returned to us and additional postage will be required for a 2nd delivery is attempted.

For Orders Ł0-50 add Ł12.00 postage

For Orders Ł51-99 add Ł15.00

Orders over Ł100 include free shipping!

UK Returns

All goods come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee excluding DVDs/Videos which are non-returnable unless faulty. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to Returns, Adult-Toy-Shop, PO Box 17, Patrington, Hull, HU12 0WX within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable). Our returns conditions are:

Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you placed your order.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable unless faulty.
